Ann Anderson Gibson

 

Ann Earned a BA in Mathematics from Queens University in Charlotte, NC. She taught for 10 years in both Clarke County and Oconee County Schools. In addition Ann taught aerobics for 24 years. She has also been a computer store manager, worked in accounting, owned a cleaning business and worked retail. Having lived in Athens since 1971, she is knowledgeable about the area and its development over the last several decades. Ann holds a broker's license and the GRI designation.

Ann has been active in real estate industry since 1987. She has both sales and property management experience which makes her qualified to help her clients and customers with both personal and investment needs. Her accomplishments include:

Ann is actively with the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Chamber's Ambassadors Committee. She has also been a volunteer for the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. She is a past member of the Athens Track Club, and the Athens Area Volleyball Club. She is also a Phi Mu Fraternity Alumnae.

Ann has an enthusiasm and energy for life that transfers into her business relationships. She is dedicated to educating her buyers and sellers. Ann is married with three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading, playing volleyball and playing with her grandchildren and dogs.
